Hi Team,
A customer has a MSP-EXP430FR2433 launchpad. When he started to work with it with the OOB GUI he got the message that the interface software should be updated. So he updated the EVM and after a while he got the message update failed press recover. He tried to recover maybe 10 times without success. How can he get this launchpad back to work?

I advice customer to use CCS not CCS cloud. I haven't meet this problem.
