Does UBM retransmit the same data packet Automatically?

I'm using USB module in MSP430F5632.

MSP430x5xx/MSP430x6xx Family User's Guide, slau208j.pdf, says following in page 905 "38.3.1.2 Control Write Transfer with No Data Stage Transfer":

If no handshake packet is received from the host, then the UBM prepares to retransmit the same data packet again.

I don't understand well whether "retransmit again" are doing Automatically.
Does UBM retransmit the same data packet Automatically?
