We have a customer looking at the MSP430AFE231 but needs to understand the accuracy of the 3 internal 24-bit ADC.

Can not find it on the data sheet.

    Gain, offset error, temperature coefficient, It's all in the datasheet.

    Perhaps your customer just looked at the users guide (the SD24 funcitonal and register description, common to every device with SD24) and didn't look into the device-specific datasheet. (a common mistake)

    Or he needs a generic understandign of what a delta-sigma converter is. Then he can find a lot of good descriptions through google. Including this one.
