Why The program stops execution after i terminate the debugger session MSP430FE4232 ?

I have a problem with the part number MSP430FE4232 everything works ok with the program and i debug it fine but the strange thing that when i press that little red square of terminate the debug session the program stops the execution while i made the configeration on the PCB to have the vcc from the battery not from the FET...

I worked with the evaluation board for this familly and everything was ok when i terminate the debug session the program continues execution and that is the normal thing but i dont know why regarding my project with MSP430FE4232 the execution stops with the termination of the debugging

Please help any help is appreciated...
