Does MSP430FR58xx/ MSP430FR59xx support IEC60730 ?

Hi 

my customer would like to use MSP430FR58xx/ MSP430FR59xx, but they need IEC60730 supporting.

according to www.ti.com/tool/msp430-iec60730-sw-package

it seems like the supporting parts only covers MSP430FR57xx

I would like to know whether MSP430FR58/59 can be supported ? and do we have document to show that ?

    In general, there is not much of a difference between the two (or any MSP) regarding IEC60730. Most of the package should be usable 1:1 for the FR58xx/59xx devices. But some adjustments are surely required.
    Anyway, IEC60730 is not an interface standard where you load a proper library and are compliant. It is a set of safety rules your product must obey. So it depends on you and your application code (and hardware) whether you are compliant or not. The software package is just an aid, not a solution.
