Solar Street Light with Integrated MPPT Charger Reference Design

I have seen the Solar Street Light with Integrated MPPT Charger Reference Design and want to test it but when reviewing the schematic diagram and manufacturing files (gerber) encounter inconsistencies as lelementos as C13 and D2 not exixten in the schematic. Finally I have never worked with MSP430 microcontrollers and want to know if the firmware of this reference design is available for download if you have multiple versions of the same, how can I access them?

Hi,
These components were part of the first version of the circuit, and were removed from circuit during subsequent performance optimization. The layout was not changed, as the old layout could still be used. These components are not to be assembled.

The firmware presently is not part of the design documentation. However, you can get this from your sales contact in TI.
