Thermal characteristic of MSP430G2303IRHB32

Hi,

In one of our designs, we are using MSP430G2303IRHB32.

We are unable to find the junction to case thermal resistance (θjc) of this chip in the datasheet.

We are planning to do thermal analysis, and for that θjc of this chip is required.

Can anyone please check and update for the same ?

The complete thermal characteristics for the MSP430G2303IRHB32 package are as follows (all units in degrees C/W)

Theta JA - High K: 32.1
Theta JC, top: 22.3
Theta JB: 6.1
Psi JT: 0.3
Psi JB: 6.1
Theta JC, bottom: 1.4
