I am using MSP430FE423A to develop an energy meter. I followed the reference design in http://focus.ti.com/lit/an/slaa203c/slaa203c.pdf

The Schematic in this document have two Resistors R44 and R48 as '-'
Can you please tell me what the values of these resistors are?
