Getting this error when I build my code.

What is the problem?

Download a UBROF version 11.0.1 or earlier and build your IAR project with that, or update your XLINK/Embedded Workbench version. You might find some more useful help in the IAR Linker and Library Tools Reference Guide: supp.iar.com/.../xlink.ENU.pdf

Also provided is the IAR Embedded Workbench IDE for MSP430 User Guide: supp.iar.com/.../EW430_UserGuide.pdf
