Nomo,

This tool only supports Hercules ARM-Based MCUs.

For what it's worth, here is the User's Guide: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spnu620a/spnu620a.pdf. SafeTI Compiler Qual Kit includes a QKIT User's Guide.
