I wanted to know what are my debugger(FET's) options for dumping code in my MSP430FR6043(Gas and Water measurement).

Hi,

You can chose the MSP-FET, MSP-FET430UIF or MSP-GANG from TI. Also the EVM430-FR6043 would include an eZ-Fet for your using itself.
