Sir actually i want to connect an external power supply controller with this meter  that can reduce THD specially 3rd harmonic and improve the power factor .

is this specification is possible with this meter ???

    I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. When you say "external power supply controller", are you referring to the 3.3 VDC power supply providing the supply voltage to the MSP430F6736A? Or are you asking if you can measure the 3rd harmonic produced by the high voltage source/load? If you're interested in measuring THD, look at the TIDM-THDREADING reference design.
