Making my own capsense buttons using TI's Capacitive Touch Sensing. I need to use their SLAC552 tool to calibrate the sensitivity of my buttons, but the link to it that all documentation points to is broken.

I think this tool is not supported anymore by TI. I will check and let you know.

You can also search the web, there maybe still some pages where you can download.

Just as a suggestions: there is a new touch technology available which may be of interest for you. Check out following link and MSP430FR2633 CapTIvate.
