Is the ccs enough for the development of the MSP-EXPCC40RF4? Or I need to install some other software?

The landing page of the CC430 Sub-GHz RF Experimenter’s Board (MSP-EXPCC430RFX) contains a software package you can download which contains the out-of-box application demo. The MSP-EXPCC430RFx Experimenter Kit User's Guide walks you through how to get the hardware and software up and running.

If you'd like to continue further development through CCS, it is definitely possible and you can use the examples provided in the TI Resource Explorer to start your development: http://dev.ti.com/tirex/#/?link=Software%2FMSP430Ware%2FDevices%2FCC430FXX

The user's guide will explain any further software you may need, such as the MSP430 Flasher tool.
