TMDSEMU200-U: JTAG TCLK frequence of TMDSEMU200 and TMDSEMU560V2STM

Debug Probe Performance Comparison can be confirmed on

According to above site, TMDSEMU560V2STM is better than TMDSEMU200.

Q1) The frequency of JTAG TCLK of TMDSEMU560V2STM and TMDSEMU200 are same on above comparison? 

Q2) Is the maximum frequency supported by TMDSEMU560V2STM and TMDSEMU200 the same?

Q3) What is the reason for the difference in performance betweenTMDSEMU560V2STM and TMDSEMU200 ?

      (e.g. Max freq of them, or difference in performance between processors installed in the debug probe)

    The assertion the XDS560v2 is better than the XDS200 is not applicable across the board. One could argue that, for F28x, the performance benefit of a XDS560v2 is negligible, thus making it a worse ( = more expensive) choice.

    1) On the Test setup section of the page above, it is mentioned that all frequencies are 10.368MHz except where noted. 

    2) No. This can be seen in the TCLK frequency option of the Target Configuration Editor.  

    3) These are different circuits targeting different price points - different core processor, faster line drivers, etc. The XDS560v2 is much faster when compared to the XDS200.
