Hi team,

My customer wonder if there's risk to add a 2.4k pull-down resistor on TDO pin. Will it impact programming or debugging transaction? Or, is there a way to disable the internal pull-high on reset? The pin is used to drive an LED indicator so the internal pull high will make the LED flash on reset, hence my customer added a pull-down to divide the voltage.
