I was looking for SOA for your internal PGOOD FET. I need to evaluate whether it can handle the transient current that it may sink.

I have ~ 100 ohms as a buffer for ~1.5-2uF capacitance load.

If you don't have the SOA, can you provide specification for transient current max versus time? TPS26631PWPR

Hi Brian,

PGOOD can sink max 10mA continuous. Unfortunately, we don't have PGOOD FET SOA and transient current specification.

Thanks. Unfortunately, My design transient current will exceed your DC current specification and I won't be able to use the part. I can't ensure the part will work correctly or be damaged with a transient.
