Hello Team,

Posting on behalf of my customer:

Can you send us the design files or the *.brd files of the DRV2605EVM-CT? The User Guide has the complete schematics but I'm interested in the size copper trace (Width x Thickness) for LRA on bottom copper

    Hi Renan, since this EVM was made in 2012, it was made in a different program. I've only really used Altium. I'm not able to find the file you are looking for or open any layout files. I did find one PDF layer plot, but it has no scale.

    What is the concern with the output traces? This is low voltage, low frequency output.

    Good day. Please see customer response below:

    Currently, I am working in LRA devices project. This LRA ([2,5VrmsAC@170Hz@170mA]) is very similar to LRA used by TI at DRV2605 (ELV1036A [2VrmsAC@175Hz@90mA]).

    I would like to identify the minimum trace size to drive this LRA device in terms of copper trace size (Width x Length x Thickness) and spacing between both traces.

    Hi Renan, the minimum trace size is based on the current delivered to the load (or LRA). This is a PCB layout question unrelated to the TI part.

    Is there anything we can assist with related to TI's part?
