Hello,
After setting the half bridge mode and increasing the motor voltage during the test
U6 (on the right side of the circuit) used for the low side burned.
It was around 4.4A in the current monitor with CPU.
From the fact that the data sheet has 4A protection and maximum 193°C protection
I tested the protection function and it burned out.
Is there any way to use the protection function because the protection function is not working?

Hello,
The protection is meant to protect against direct shorts on the outputs. I am not understanding how you are testing this, but I think something else is going on.
What is the drop across your resistor in the ground path? This voltage should be <0.5V to avoid damage to our IC. Greater than this voltage will cause too much ground separation between PowerPad ground and device ground pin (GND).
