DRV110: Need help looking for DRV101T or a DRV101T Replacement

Hi,

I've been searching all over the web for DRV101T but with no luck. I see that there are a lot of it in stock in China but they aren't that responsive and I fear that some of them might be scam. 

Can you help me find a replacement that is identical to DRV101T?

    Hello Lor,

    There are two H-bridge drivers that I can recommend for you to look into. The first one is the DRV8251, which has current regulation and supports the voltage ranges that the DR101T supports. The second one is the DRV8210, which can be alternative if you want to just drive an inductive load and don't care about current regulation. This driver can support the same currents as the DRV101T but has a lower supply voltage. Do you need the internal PWM in the replacement driver. If you do is there a certain max frequency that is needed.
