The hardware design was carried out as follows, 
and I am trying to control the motor speed by applying PWM to the DRV10970 IC, but the control is not working well.
When PWM is applied, the motor responds slightly but does not rotate. If you turn the motor by hand during PWM control, the motor suddenly starts to rotate.
I want to know why I have to turn the motor by hand to control it.
