The DRV8714-Q1 is another option if a Gate Driver with external FETs is required. The DRV8714-Q1 is an automotive 40V, four channel half-bridge smart gate driver with inline current sensing.

Hi David,

Maybe I didn't express question very clearly. The model I need is probably more like a low side drive with constant current control. Such as TLE7242-2G of infineon.
