I bought DRV8912-Q1EVM for testing DC motor actuator and tried to run it with control SW, SLVC759-DRV8912-Q1EVM GUI (Version: 1.1.2) and DRV8912-Q1EVM-WEB-GUI – Web-based GUI for DRV8912-Q1EVM (Version: 1.0.7) which TI service engineer advised and it's successfully downloaded but unfortunately it's all failed to detect the device after I connected all.
I wonder if there is any other options for us to try to make this board work, to detect the board successfully.
And I'm located in China, is there any national barrier or firewalls to block, but it's not feasible because I could download all files or connect Web-based GUI without any problem.
I even tried to run it a new PC with WINDOW10 version just in case, but it still failed to detect the board.
