Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8910-Q1, DRV8411, DRV8833

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am finding the component IC with some particular specifications. These are as follows:

1)MOSFET array(smallest size of available MOSFET) with half bridge array(as more as it contains preferred e.g., 8,10) where

For MOSFET requirement,  consider following parameters.

MOSFET type – N – Channel & P- Channel

                On resistance – < 0.4Ω

Continuous drain current – 200 mA

Maximum drain to source voltage – 10V

Package – As small as possible

2) Also the alternate part of STSPIN230 from Texas Instruments

  • Hi Sonal,

Thank you for posting on this forum. You mentioned NCV7720 in the title of this post. The on resistance of this device is specified at 1 ohms in its datasheet. This is a 10x half-bridge driver with SPI interface. An equivalent option from our portfolio would be the DRV8910-Q1, https://www.ti.com/product/DRV8910-Q1. EVM and samples are available for order from ti.com. The DRV89xx family has options with 4. 6. 8. 10 and 12 half-bridge versions.

The STSPIN230 is a low voltage 3x half-bridges device. If you're looking for an alternate option for this device the cross reference suggested parts are good options. They're dual H-bridges or equivalent t o4x half-bridges. The DRV8411 is also a good choice https://www.ti.com/product/DRV8411. I hope this helps.

  • Thank you for your reply Murugavel  Sir,

I have gone through the  MOSFET Array IC suggested by you i.e., DRV8910.  Its package size is very large. Is there any other option having small package size?

  • Hi Sonal,

Did you get a chance to review DRV8833, 34,35 and DRV8411? You may have to use multiple devices to get 10x half-bridges.
