Hello,

We are looking for MOSFET gate drivers (High side and low side) for one of our projects. The specification for the gate driver IC is as follows:

Bootstrap voltage: 600V

Operating ambient temperature: 150 deg C

Operating junction temperature: 175 deg C

Please suggest a suitable MOSFET gate driver IC with meets the above-mentioned criteria.

    Hey Khyati,

    Thanks for your question about our gate drivers.

    For a high-side and low-side driver at 600V, we have a few half-bridge drivers with that rating.

    Is the 600V voltage the actual system voltage or the requested driver specification?

    We have the UCC27712 that has an absolute maximum rated junction temperature of 150 deg C and a recommended ambient temperature of 125 deg C. This is what our non-isolated gate drivers are rated at for temperature. This is a 620V driver with a 700V absolute maximum bootstrap rating.

    If your system is 600V, then you will need to explore our isolated gate driver products for that.
