Customers use F28388 to control 8311 via SPI. F28388 outputs a 20KHZ synchronization signal to the pwm_sync pin of 8311. The PWMG_CTRL register is configured as Pwmg_ctrl_data = (0x1<<10) | (0x0 << 8) | (0x2 << 5); and Pwmg_ctrl_data = (0x1<<10 ) | (0x0 << 8) | (0x6 << 5). It's the same problem in both configurations. According to the instructions in the manual, in up/down mode, the relationship between the HS_ON output waveform and the SYNC signal waveform should be as shown in the figure:
The graph captured by the customer using an oscilloscope is as follows:
Under this configuration, the waveform output at the HS_ON position is different from the manual. The waveforms generated by up mode and down mode are the same as the manual. What is the reason for this problem?
