DRV2700: Need data on Out gassing

Hi Team,

One of my customer is looking for the DRV2700 for one of the space mission (LEO orbital) & for the same they are looking for the Out Gassing data, can you help with the data if avaiable or if not avaiable then what is the confidence level from our side & if this is also not possible the any other similar pacakage havign same chemical composition passed the out gassing?

Apologies for the delay here. We do not have outgassing data for our devices with plastic packaging, so we do not have the data for DRV2700 or other like devices.
