If customer has some thermal issue with DRV10866. Do you have suggestion? Thanks

2.5V , 0.45A temp around 44.5C

3.3V, 0.63A around around 57C

Hi Jimmy Wang,

How is their thermal Vias on the PCB? How many layer PCB and how is thermal pad is designed?

PWM Switching frequency is constant in this device. We only need to look at layout guidelines.
