    Hey Alberto,

    Unfortunately no, we don't have any spice model for this part. 

    The DRV8706 has a transient simulation model (PSpice), though this will not be a great stand-in for the DRV8714-Q1.  

    Check out 9.2.2 Detailed Design Procedure in the datasheet  for some calculation help like VCP Load, IDRIVE calculation, Current Shunt Amplifier config, and Power Dissipation.
