Hi Ivy,

Here are my comments after reviewing the schematic:

Please include a 1uF capacitor between AVDD and AGND.
Are PVCC and PMOT different voltage levels or different voltage sources? The voltage supply for PVDD and the Motor should be the same for the MCF8329A.

Other than these comments, the schematic looks good!
