MCF8315A: unit clarification of the back emf constant used in the formula

Part Number: MCF8315A

Tool/software:

Hi Experts , In the linked thread the Formula for calculating the Electrical speed, the back EMF (i.e in mV/Hz), this is still line to line OR is it line to Neutral?

Normally the back EMF constant given from Motor suppliers mention the Line-to-Line back EMF voltage in Vrms/1KRPM.

Is "BEMF constant in mV/Hz" --> This is phase to phase OR Phase to neutral value? Could you please clarify.

If the Back EMF constant mentioned is 1 Vrms/KRPM --> 0.06Vrms/Hz --> 0.0848 Vp/Hz --> 84.8mV/Hz

Should we consider 84.8mV/Hz OR 84.8/2 mV/Hz?

Could you please confirm and clarify
