We wish to driver the AIN0/1 of the DRV8843 with a 200KHz 50% duty cycle signal.
The AIN0/1 are complantery (180 degress out of phase with respect to each other).
The same the BIN0/1.
Output current is no more than 300mA for each channel.
The datasheet specify no more than 100KHz pwm freqency.
Can we work with 200KHz under there conditions of low current and 50% duty cycle.

Utilizing the DRV8843 with a recommended limit no more than 100kHz in a 200kHz application is not application recommended.
Now, if you look at the DRV8870, it has a max fpwm of 200kHz. Note the note below the parameter table below. Please, verify this DRV meets your application needs!
