    Hello Frank,

    Just checking, are you are interested in the CAD type model correct who's primary purpose is for schematic and layout, correct? If so, I believe we already have those for download.

    If you're talking about PSPICE with the intent of using the model for SPICE simulations, we cannot provide one today but we intend to develop one in middle of 2021.
