I have purchased the EVM of the above subject and notice a discrepancy in the demo board vs the datasheet with respect to connecting the sync pin for auto mode operation. The EVM connects this to PGND and the datasheet says to connect to AGND. The EVM has NO connection on the PCB between AGND and PGND as it is done internal to the chip. The AGND is supposedly for logic so it seems that the SYNC pin should follow the datasheet and the EVM is wired wrong. What is recommended here as I am laying out a PCB and would like to know what direction to take?
