Hi team i'm looking for a driver wich can detect Short circuit or another fault signal of Si or SiC Fets.
İs it possible with ISO5852S?
or is this only for IGBT.
Best Regards.

Mikail,
DESAT can be used for SiC but must be tuned properly. A large portion of the SiC designs we see use DESAT detection. Depending on application you may need external current booster, it really depends on the SiC FETand your application.
Most notably SiC has much less tolerance for short circuit events, so you need to reduce the threshold voltage and reduce BLANK cap and/or increase the charging current by placing extra resistor between OUTH and DESAT pin (actually we just got another question on this exact topic, here)
We have a short FAQ on adjusting DESAT threshold voltage which is one part of this,
UCC217xx has variants with an "OC (overcurrent" pin which can be configured for DESAT detection and much more design freedom to tailor it for SiC.
Please see our comparison table for UCC217xx & ISO5x5x in this FAQ here,
and I have uploaded some slides comparing the DESAT like in ISO5852s with UCC217xx's OC-as-DESAT for SiC, please see them at the below link
