My customer want to check on the package info for PCB layout but datasheet doesn't have that info. Please kindly help on this. thanks.

BTW, I think it's RTMed device. Then there should be such info for PCB layout, right? Maybe you can send to me through email. Thanks.

The file(s) you need should be here on the UCC27611 product page:

Once you find the footprint and file format you want, there should be directions in the file you download on how to proceed. The directions will likely be a website shortcut going through the process.

For example if you need directions for Altium, the directions will give you a link here: https://app.ultralibrarian.com/content/help/?altium_designer.htm

Thanks for your reply. checking with customer, they still need the dimension on the SON6 (similar like below) due to their internal process. could you please kindly help provide on this? Thanks.

Here is a PDF of the WSON (DRV) package. This should be what is needed (if not, please let me know).
