The YCH0004 documentation which details the package of the DSBGA package of this device is missing the length and width dimentions and tolerances. Please supply these dimentions with possible tolerances.

Hi Lior,

Please see the following table:

The tolerances are included in the YCH0004 documentation:

"1. All linear dimensions are in millimeters. Any dimensions in parenthesis are for reference only. Dimensioning and tolerancing per ASME Y14.5M"

There is also the following Application Report :AN-1112 DSBGA Wafer Level Chip Scale Package
