BQ8050 datasheet

We use in our battery pack. I can share schematic with you.

In certain cases the battery is going into deep discharge and not able to review by charging. I am wondering, what could be the no point of return state in the deep discharge situation?

The BQ8050 is a generalized hardware platform for some of our gauges. Can you be more specific on which gauge you are using?

The battery is designed by our supplier and only provided bq8050 in the schematic. How to find our the gauge details. Attached portion of schematic for your reference .

I also want to read gasgauge using EV2400 but not able to do so.
