Hello team,

Customer maximum battery voltage is 150V, but need EN pin to disable gate driver.

Do we have that kind of gate half bridge gate driver?

UCC27282-Q1 has EN pin, but support up-to 120V.

Hello Oliver,

There is a driver which is rated for 150V or more and has the enable pin. The UCC27714 is a 600V half bridge driver which has the enable function. The datasheet can be found here:

Hello Oliver,

For Q1 the driver that can meet the 150V requirement is the UCC27712-Q1 but this is a different pin out than the UCC27714 and does not have the enable pin functionality. There could be options to disable VDD or input pull down as an external disable function.
