For our internal project we used buck TPS62867RQYR to convert 5V to 1.0V(Iout=4A) . Please review the design and let me know the comments.

Schematics looks fine to me. Please make sure when you connect the PG pin that you use a pullup resistor connected to any voltage rail less than 5.5V (max).
