UC1844: Issue with Isense resistor.

Hi,

We selected uc1844 PWM controller for our application, We are running simulation for the same to verify design parameters. Here we have issue with Isense resistor.

  1. Our current is 0.6A, As per requirement Isense resistor value need to be 1.6ohm but it is working at 600milOhm only.

    Hi,

    If only 0.6-ohm works for you, then it sounds like it is related to the simulation setup. If <= 0.6 ohm ok to work, then you may check your current sense waveform to see if > 0.6-ohm is making CS sensing too high.
