UCC20225A-Q1: I want to proceed with the circuit design through this component

Part Number: UCC20225A-Q1

I would like to output a pulse of 200 kHz using the "UCC20225AQNPLRQ1" chipset. (Current can flow up to 4A.)
Are there any examples and materials related to this?

Also, I would like to know the values, capacities, and diodes recommended by the example circuit to the Resistor and Capacitor.

Thank you for reaching out. I have a couple of resources I think may be useful to you. The first is section 9 of the datasheet, found here. The example application given is actually at 200 kHz, so it should be similar to what you are working with.
