May I know what is the Internal FET of the body-diode forward voltage? We don't see it in the datasheet.

    Hi Gary,

    By internal FET body-diode forward voltage, are you referring to the high side FET? The high side FET should not be forward biased which will result in current flowing from SW to VIN through the high-side body diode.

    If you are wondering about the catch diode forward voltage, assuming you are using the PDS760 schottky diode recommended in the datasheet, the typical forward voltage is 0.52V at 5A.

    My question is high side FET. What is it forward voltage of the body diode? it's like below Vsd spec.

    Hi Gary,

    I would need to get in contact with the previous systems engineer responsible for this device since this is not something that is specified in the datasheet as you've mentioned.

    When I get more information on this, I'll let you know.
