Hi sir,

What's the PCB trace width from VOS to vout(22uF) and the PCB trace length limitation ?

Can I route the PCB trace from VOS to C load far away from TPS62867 ?

    Hi,

    In general, we do not have strict recommendations on PCB trace width and PCB trace length as it completely depends on the PCB vendor's manufacturing capabilities.

    Nevertheless, in this case since it is regarding VOS pin, you need to connect the VOS directly to an output capacitor placed as close as possible to the IC.

    The VOS pin is the sense pin of the DCS control and it is critical to obtain a good loop regulation. Also, this pin cannot be used as a remote sense, if that was the requirement.
