Hi support team.
My customer is having startup issue with resistive load.
They are using under condition below.
Rs=2.1ohm
Rload=50ohm(resistive load)
Vin=3.3V
ILED=H level(connected to VIN)
Currently, the switching operation is not started at startup.
They have some questions below.
(1) Is the operation at startup correct with the following understanding?
1, Vin is stable input
2, EN transition from L to H
3, Q1 turns off and Q2 turns on until the output voltage = Vin-0.3V, and the output capacitor is charged with a precharge current of 100mA without switching operation.
4, When the output voltage reaches Vin-0.3V, the switching operation starts.
(2) SW does not start under the condition of output voltage <Vin-0.3V, is it correct?
(3) In the case of a resistive load, how should the resistance value be set under the above conditions? Could you give me some advice?
(4) Could you give me information on the min value of the Precharge current at Vin 3.6V?
