TPS61030: Power circuit problem

Hello, I got problem with circuit powering esp32 and radio module from 2x series LR20 battery. Got 2 power sections for 3.3V and 5V. In both sections TPS61030 is getting SW short circuit to GND after few mins/hours after soldered new one. Could you help me please with this problem, check layout and give tips to solve my problem? Schematic and layout in attachments. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Marcin,

One big problem I have seen is your the trace of VBAT, SW, VOUT. All of them are very thin. Note those traces are used for power delivery, related trace should be thick and solid. Please refer to below application note, and EVM layout for your reference. You can share me with layout for check before ship to factory to build.

Note the loop SW-VOUT-GND-SW is very important and it contains switching current. To make sure the device works good with enough reliability, you the trace from VOUT pin to C9 should be thick and short, Trace from C9 gnd lead to PGND pins&power pad should be thick and short. I would recommend you refer to EVM how this is accomplished. Thanks!
