Hi,
I am looking at the specifications for the BUCK2 controller:
My FPGA device is Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+ XCZU3CG with VCCINT = 0.85V (0.825 ~ 0.876V)
- In datasheet, it states that the DC + ripple for output <1V, Iout=10mA will be -30/+40mV. How does this DC+ripple changes against the Iout? Normally VCCINT will have current much more than 10mA.
- The DC accuracy is across -40 ~ 85degC, would the accuracy better in a more typical ambient temperature range of 10 ~ 40degC? Is there any reference data or plot to show that?
- The stated load regulation of 0~1% applies to 0.85V?
- Is there any other possible factors / conditions to improve or maintain the accuracy within +/-2%.
Please advice as this is critical to our design to meet the tight Ztarget and IR drop requirement for o.85V VCCINT, since the TPS65086401 is meant for compliant with ZU3CG .
