LM2611: LM2611

Part Number: LM2611

Hello, I recently built a CCA that uses an LM2611AMF CUK regulator. Applied power is 12VDC and Vout set for -3.3V (RFB1 is 16.9k and RFB2 is 10k). My problem is when power is applied to the input of device, it acts as a short circuit to GND. If I ohm out the input of device to GND it's ~4k. The bench supply feeding the device is current limited to 0.2A. I checked the artwork and ohmed out the connectivity, all looks fine. I referenced the recommended layout guidelines and schematic component values. The output load is <50mA. I tried a second CCA, it also behaved the same. I also tried using RFB1 ~30k and RFB2 ~18k with same results. Thanks, Mark
