Can you confirm that the only difference between BQ24120 and BQ24104 are the following?

Pin 2 - STAT1 (behavior)
- BQ24120 – either ON or OFF
- BQ24104 – either ON or OFF or alternating ON/OFF (0.5Hz interval)

Pin 13 – CELLS (NC in BQ24120)
- BQ24120 – NC
- BQ24104 – CELLS: ground or float for 4.2V, single-cell operation. Pull-up resistor to VCC for 8.4V, two-cell operation.

BQ24104:

1. 1 or 2 cells selectable via CELLS pin (4.2 V or 8.4 V regulation) (Pin #13)

2. Blinking STAT1 pin (Pin #2)

BQ24109:

1. 4.2 V regulation (NC Pin #13)

2. Blinking STAT1 pin (Pin #2)

BQ24120:

1. 4.2 V regulation (NC Pin #13)

2. No blinking STAT1 pin (Pin #2)

3. Enhanced EMI Performance

Also, what gives the BQ24120 enhanced EMI? Internal filtering?

Hello,

BQ24103:

1. 1 or 2 cells selectable via CELLS pin (4.2 V or 8.4 V regulation) (Pin #13)

2. No blinking STAT1 pin (Pin #2)

3. Requires diode D1 shown in Figure 16 of the datasheet.

As for the BQ24120, see the datasheet Figure 7 for "Typical Radiated EMI Performance Measured on EVM." Also, "The bq2412X has enhanced EMI performance that helps minimize the number of components needed to meet the FCC-B Standard. The rise time of the OUT pin was slowed down to minimize the radiated EMI."
