Hi,
We are using LM5166QDRCTQ1 in one of our design with DAC8775 and presently LM5166QDRCTQ1 is shortage and needed very few qty for proto but still won't available, There is any alternate part for the same footprint and pinout or any possible best option?

The part that has a pin to pin compatible that i know if is LM5165 but that is with lower output current

The LM5166QDRCTQ1 should be an adjustable output version
Normally for fixed output, we have a suffix such as "X", "Y" or the actual output voltage.
I will double check internally about the availability for Q grade variants also

Hi Amit,
Yes they are using the adjustable version of LM5166 and the reference design should use the non-Q1 since it is not an automotive product. You can also see on the link above, if you scroll down you can see the TI device in the design refer to the LM5166
So just to summarize:
LM5166 --> Adjustable output --> Used in the TIPD215
LM5166X --> 5V Fixed output
LM5166Y --> 3.3 Fixed output
As you can see the X and Y is the differentiating between 3.3V output and 5V output.
